Any parts that are stocked by KTM Online parts may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, only in their original undamaged packaging with a copy of the receipt. Returns will incur a 20% re-stocking fee. If your items were sent free freight, the original cost of freight will be deducted out of your refund balance.
All parts that are not stocked by KTM Online Parts have been specially ordered in for you and cannot be returned. This is for orders placed where Qty=0 and your parts are on back-order.
All returns must be authorised by KTM ONLINE PARTS before they are sent back. Contact us by either email or phone call to confirm if it is eligible for refund/exchange. All items must be in original packaging (including tags/labels) and undamaged. They will be inspected on arrival and if any damage/wear/stain/mark has occurred the refund will be void and the item returned to you.
If the item is faulty, contact us immediately in regards to warranty as it differs from brand to brand. We will need detailed pictures and information to pass on to our brand suppliers.
All orders are packed and sent by KTM Online Parts via the Australia Post eParcel service. A courier service will only be used in rare instances where Australia Post cannot accept the order. Once sent, you will be provided with emails updating you to the whereabouts of your order and tracking numbers are stored with each order so we can make sure your purchase arrives with no problems.
Due to the high dollar value of WP forks and shocks, some additional freight / insurance costs may be incurred for these items. Any additional costs will be notified to you prior to dispatch of your order. WP Products are excluded from any other web sales promotions.
Please Note: Oils, tyres & liquids cannot be sent through Australia Post. Freight will be sent via courier and costs will be calculated at time of order. You will be notified of the freight cost prior to the item/s being shipped.

Delivery is based on standard Australia Post delivery schedules. 1-2 Business Days, 2-5 Business Days, 3-5 Business Days and Express Post Delivery are based on Australia Post post code delivery times and may vary depending on your location. If you require an item urgently, we kindly ask that you contact Australia Post for their expected delivery time from our postcode in Warners Bay NSW 2282 to avoid disappointment.
All International orders will incur a minimum freight charge of $40 for orders up to 500g in weight. All orders greater than 500g in weight we will contact you via email to advise the freight charges.

By registering your details and/or placing a web order with us, your details will be stored in our POS (point of sale) system for ease of use for future orders. Your shipping details are only shared with Aust Post for purposes of posting the order to you. We reserve the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline the order for any reason we feel is appropriate. We also reserve the right to fulfil your order with items less than the quantity that was ordered if that is the only quantity available at processing the order. In order to help prevent the spread of fraud, we reserve the right to ask for a copy of your Drivers Licence and/or credit card at the time of purchase to confirm identity. Orders will be held back and not posted until identity has been checked if we feel there is a warranted need for this to occur. We may also conduct a credit card pre-authorisation for the web order value in Australian Dollars if we feel the transaction is fraudulent. A pre-authorisation will be held for a minimum of 7 (seven) days before order/s will be shipped.
Should your order be shipped and lost in transit by Australia Post or a chosen courier, we will do all we can to trace the parcel and recover the items lost at the best of our abilities. Once a lost order has been confirmed by Australia Post or the courier company, we will endeavour to send another order of the same quality, quantity and size to you should the same items still be available from our suppliers. If a replica item/s cannot be sent, then we will provide a full refund of the sale value to you. Items that are damaged during transit are not the responsibility of KTM Online Parts. We cannot warrant against goods once they leave our premises and are received into the care of Australia Post or a courier company. Should you have concerns as to the damage to your parcel during transit, please contact your local Australia Post outlet and/or Australia Post via phone or contact us for the courier company details. KTM Online Parts will not be held liable for any damage to your parcel and any and all instances of compensation should be taken up with the relevant postal / courier company and not KTM Online Parts. Any items damaged during transit will not be replaced free of charge. Full replacement costs will be incurred. Should your parcel be stolen by way of being left unattended once delivered, KTM Online Parts will not be held responsible. Should you request “No Signature” on your order, the item/s will be sent as instructed and any misadventure that may occur once delivered will not be the responsibility of KTM Online Parts.
All prices stated on our website are rrp and set by the suppliers we use, unless the item is discounted, these prices are also subject to change at our discretion and without notice. We do not accept web order lay-buys. All items and orders must be paid in full at the time of placing the order. Should you wish to place an item/s on lay-buy, please visit us in-store at 2/391A Hillsborough Rd, Warners Bay NSW 2282 where our friendly sales staff can assist you. In the event an incorrect price is listed on an item/s on our website, we reserve the right to refuse to sell the item/s at the incorrect price and process the sale at the correct price. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Paypal payments via our checkout. We also accept Gift Certificates issued by our store KTM Newcastle. Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift cards. Should the customer return items bought with the use of a Gift Card, we will at our discretion issue a refund by way of credit to the customer’s store account up to the value of the gift card amount redeemed. In order to redeem your gift card, you must use the checkout by selecting “Checkout” and logging in or creating a new user account. Once logged in, proceed to the “Invoice Details and Freight Options” page where under “Additional Instructions / Notes” Gift Certificate and the Code on the certificate can be entered. A valid code must be used and the code will be verified when the order is received and processed.
Product images used on our website are sourced from our suppliers. Occasionally an image may be incorrect or not show the correct product with the correct part number.
