Max Nulley – Founder of Northern Performance; Over 30 years of Enduro, MX, Supermoto and Road Bike racing and riding experience, and still out on the trails every weekend! A qualified Motorcycle Mechanic, Manufacturing Engineer and over 17 years as a small business owner. I understand both your bike and you as a customer. Our business is completely tailored to your motorcycling needs.

Danny – Workshop Manager; Trade Qualified Motorcycle Mechanic and Fitter. Lifelong Motorcycling and Industrial workshop experience ensures a perfect understanding of what’s your bike needs, and the most efficient way of delivering the highest quality technical services.

Linc – Workshop Co-Ordinator / Senior Mechanic. Linc re-joins the technical team in 2025. With 30 years experience as a qualified Motorcycle Mechanic, Linc brings a vast amount of experience from previous roles in Dealerships, Private Workshops, Tour Companies and his own Small Business. One of the most meticulous mechanics I’ve met, his knowledge and application to the trade are second to none.

Corwin – Our latest edition. Young, fresh and talented specific motorcycle mechanic.

Owen – Mechanic; 30+ years of motorcycle, car and heavy vehicle mechanic experience. A wealth of knowledge and a superbly dry sense of humour!

Michael – Sales; An avid rider and long career in a variety of retail and customer service environments has lead Michael to to us allowing him to combine his hobby and work. Highly detailed knowledge of bikes, parts and accessories.
